• Sole Trader Tax Return for New Practitioner (first year) $220

• Company, Partnership or Trust Financials and Tax Return $650

• Quarterly Activity Statement $150

• Quarterly GST Review $140 (to check your GST is correct and fix any errors)

• Individual Tax Return $150

The above prices for business tax returns include a 20 minute business planning call after the tax return is complete.

Business Planning $140 per hour

Who better to discuss the ins and outs of your business, than with someone who really understands. As I am also a fellow complementary health practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to know your business.

From tax planning, cash flow management, expenses review, business structure or profit maximisation, I’m your woman.

I highly recommend a mid year end and year end Business Planning call (usually 45mins to 1 hour) for my clients. So you can know what’s happened and where you’re heading. You don’t have to fly blind when it comes to your accounts anymore, you’ve got me now.

Xero Set Up or Fix Up $250

If you're thinking of setting up your Xero account or unsure if it’s set up properly, and/or want to transfer from your previous system, I can get this all done for you so it's perfectly set up and running smoothly. And I can ensure that any Practice Management Software you use is set up and syncs correctly with Xero, if applicable.

After I am complete, we will have a 15-20 minute Zoom call to run you through your system and how to use it going forward.

This includes:

• Create up to 50 bank rules by viewing previous years bank account transactions, to make reconciling a breeze

• Check your financial reports are set up correctly and clearly

• Reconciling one months bank transactions (up to 60) so that I can to help you get on top of your accounts

• Setting up a chart of accounts relevant for your business

• Fixing up any minor errors.

• Transfer Data Add-On: Transfer of existing balances from other system $90

• Integration Add-on: Integration of Practice Management System $60 (includes integration of up to 10 income items)

• Accounts Review Add-on: If there are a significant amount of errors in your existing Xero we may need to add a more in-depth Accounts Review to fix these errors $200
