Efficient, accurate and fast bookkeeping, done by someone who understands your business.
I guarantee I will do your books faster and more accurately than another accountant or bookkeeper who doesn’t have as much experience with our industry, as I essentially already know what almost every transaction will be. Bonus - I won’t need to ask you all the questions about what everything is for.
I also include regular generation of your financial reports to check in on the financial health of your business.

Who better to discuss the ins and outs of your business, than with someone who really understands. As I am also a fellow complementary health practitioner, I am uniquely positioned to know your business.

I highly recommend a mid year end and year end Business Planning call (usually 45mins to 1 hour) for my clients. So you can know what’s happened and where you’re heading. You don’t have to fly blind when it comes to your accounts anymore, you’ve got me now.

Get Your System Sorted
Healthy Xero
If you're thinking of setting up your Xero account or unsure if it’s set up properly, and/or want to transfer from your previous system, I can get this all done for you so it's perfectly set up and running smoothly. And I can ensure that any Practice Management Software you use is set up and syncs correctly with Xero, if applicable.
This includes:
Create up to 50 bank rules by viewing previous years bank account transactions, to make reconciling a breeze
Check your financial reports are set up correctly and clearly
Reconciling two to four months bank transactions (depending on quantity) so that I can to help you get on top of your accounts
Setting up a chart of accounts relevant for your business
Fixing up any minor errors
Integration of Practice Management System
Pricing & Add on’s:
Size: This will depend on size of your business, starting at $250 for a new Xero set up for new practitioners, and starting at $350 for existing businesses.
Accounts Review Add-on: If there are a significant amount of errors in your existing Xero we may need to add a more in-depth Accounts Review to fix these errors which will be quoted at the time.
